Despite a more people-focussed approach in advertising, pro.activ was still failing to generate the emotional engagement with people that it needed to maximise its appeal. B7’s approach allowed multiple expressions of proof, mode of action and lifestyle benefits to be investigated.

The result was an inspiring yet quite specific set of guidelines embraced by client & ad agency alike, liberating the communications to be much more exciting & emotionally impactful.
